New Year Card

This New Year card can be sent anytime leading up to and even a few days after the start of the new year.

If you are in a time bind and want to send it as an e-card, then you can do that or you can print it off.

This card of course is a humorous card and so, make sure that either the person you are sending it to has a sense of humor or at least expects something funny from you. (After all, this is a Funny Email site!)

Have fun with it and also have a Happy New Year.

Cheers,

Darry

Dear

Wishing you [ ]would eat more [ ]would eat less [ ]were here [ ]would stop talking with your mouth full [ ]serenity every day [ ]help for your phobias [ ]fewer fleas in the new year [ ]peanut butter dreams.

May your [ ]troubles be few [ ]headaches subside [ ]disco duds come back in vogue [ ]enemies get stuck in a never-ending amateur opera [ ]service inquiries be answered by people you can understand.

And all through the coming year may [ ]you win every food fight [ ]the judges like your stories [ ]your tango lessons pay off [ ]you discover magic mushrooms in your basement [ ]your life be filled with happiness [ ]all your leftovers become casseroles [ ]your doctors vote you "most likely to succeed".

Best wishes always,

How to Transfer The Verse From This Template Into Your New Year Card

(These directions are for PC users but will generally be the same for all types of computers and programs.)

Find a card that appeals to you visually on one of the many sites that offer greeting cards on the Internet. (Some suggested sites are listed below.) Or, you may be able to find a paper one on eBay (directly below).

Make sure you can edit words in the card. (Don't pick an "animated" one. They usually can't be altered.)

Delete the verse from the card and then return to this page and highlight the verse (above).

Right-click on the highlighted text and click "copy".

Return to the New Year card and place the cursor where you want the verse to appear and click "paste". The text (from above) will then be transferred into your card.

Put a CAPITAL "X" in the brackets beside the words or phrases you want to use in your message.

Add your name and your friend's name.

Then send it or print it off.

Note: If you are sending this off by email to more than one person, you may want to use the BCC section when you add the addresses in so that none of the people know that you have sent the same card to other people!
